Hi, all, I am using vmd to display lammps trajectory, which is a collection
of atoms in the box with coordinates in the range of 0 to 1.0, and the
actual box boundary is 0.0 to 128.0. Now I want to draw a cylinder with
radius 1.0 from {63.5, 64.0, 64.0} to {64.5, 64.0, 64.0} in the actual box
coordinate system. Could someone give me some advice? Thanks!
