Nice to hear that somebody wants to use my format!
The VTF file looks correct to me, and on my Linux-machine it works fine.
Therefore I suppose that it might be a Windows-related problem.
Unfortunately, I have no experience whatsoever of programming and
debugging on the Windows platform, although I have tried to stick to the
most basic C functions when I programmed the plugin.
Is anybody able to check where the error actually comes from?
