The NIH Center offered for the first time a workshop dedicated to hybrid Quantum Mechanics (QM) and Molecular Mechanics (MM) simulations(QM/MM). The partecipants were introduced to the newly developed QM/MM suite in NAMD/VMD through targeted training materials. The tutorials allowed also for the exploration of the new feautures introduced in VMD , such as QwikMD.
