hi everybody,

in response to the recurring requests for CatDCD binaries for windows,
i have prepared now installer packages for those of you, that are
brave enough and willing to give feedback. you can download them
currently from here:

http://git.icms.temple.edu/rpm/windows/testing/

please note, these packages were build on linux with a cross compiler.
i use the same infrastructure to build LAMMPS binaries for windows
(which are confirmed to work well). since i do not normally use
windows, these executables have not been thoroughly tested and your
feedback is required to confirm the validity of those packages, before
i ask the folks at TCBG to make it available officially.
