As I said in my earlier email, saving the files in Maestro compatible format is not the issue. But Maestro doesn't let you load the trajectory into a cms file unless it is associated with a trajectory. Since this is a Maestro related issue, I suggest raising this question to Schrodinger help desk. They are also very responsive.

That was answered 15 day ago, make sure to search the list in the future.

Since VMD 1.8.7 the Desmond and Maestro plugins are included.
A. You may load the .psf (or pdb) and .dcd trajectory
B. Save as .dtr (Desmond Trajectory)
