Dear vmd users,
I have encountered a strange problem with tachyon rendering. I have
an MSMS surface which is colored by the electrostatic potential
(calculated with apbs). The color scale is RWB (-1.0 to 1.0). I wanted
to render this image but when I rendered it with Tachyon, the result was
a 100% white surface. Has any of you encounter such a problem?
I am using vmd 1.8.3a22
Cheers
vlad
